Q:What do I get for my subscription?
A:Subscriptions will give you access to the following services:

Q:Your tips are based on the NZ totaliser. As an AU resident, if I joined, how can I place bets on your tips if the AU totaliser doesn't offer betting on those races?
A:My selections for Australian Harness and Horse Racing are covered by totalisers in Australia so you are able to bet on those.Unfortunately, unless you have a NZ TAB account, you cannot bet on my NZ selections. A NZ TAB account can be opened from overseas, except for US and Victorian residents. It is an easy process. Please visit www.tab.co.nz and select Establish An Account and follow the instructions. TabOnline have now opened markets for NZ races.

Q:How can you say it costs under NZ 55 cents a day when you are selling your service for NZ$300.00? Doesn't that equate to 89 cents a day?
A:The annual subscription fee has now been increased from NZ$200.00 to NZ$300.00 which is still available to members who joined at the NZ$200 subscription price (and can continue to rejoin at the price). "55 cents a day" refers to our $200 package. Calculated NZ$200 divided by 365 days equals NZ 55 cents

Q:As a MEMBER how will I know what your selections are and how often will I get your selections?
A:Selections are emailed to the email address you supply when you register or purchase The Mailmans Total Package as selections are available every day. Now available is our popular Desktop Publisher to receive our selections to your desktop for members who experience problems with receiving selections via email. We also post an update on our HOME PAGE to let you know what tips are avaiable for the week and this is updated every day.

Q:How do I find your previous selections to compare against your results?
A:All our selections and results can be found in RESULTS under ARCHIVES for each racing code we cover. You can view each days selections (usually the next day) for each code we offer with the corresponding result(s). You can use this to compare against our results page to view why we brag "How Good our Selections are". The selections and results only go back as far as a year from the current date and previous results go as far back as June 2006 as this website www.themailman.co.nz was created and broadcast live on that date. Our previous selections and results prior to this date was lost in the transfer from our old website to the new website.

Q:Who makes the selections?
A:The Mailman (Lawrence Raukete) makes all the selections based on 15 years of analysis experience for www.themailman.co.nz. He has been involved in the horse racing industry as a punter like yourself and a race horse owner. He decided that there was a need for others to profit from his experience and was willing to share that information to enhance the love of the sport and make punting a more enjoyable experience.

Q:What happens if I loose my username and password to login to FREE TIPS or Members Area?
A:Your username is always the email address you subscribed as. If you misplace your username and password, just send us an email at queries@themailman.co.nz with a new username and password you select and we will reset this and send a confirmation email once it has been completed.
